How much is postage? |
All UK postage charges are at the standard Royal Mail value for a "Small Parcel". As everyone is different, we have provided a number of postal options, from 1st to 2nd class, and if you prefer these can be sent recorded delivery.
Where possible for our International Orders we will select "Tracked and Signed for" to ensure there is an opportunity to track your parcel when out for delivery.

Could I return anything I buy? |
Of course. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases you can return any unwanted items for a full refund of the price of your products.
Please email [email protected] within 14 days if you wish to return any items. Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Yes, coming soon!. As we are establishing our business we will be looking to expand our range to personalise a number of products at Eco Dog Designs, below list a number of items we envisage we can personalise for you.
